  18. What is EasyStart ?

  20. EasyStart is, as it's name says, a program to start other programs in a very
  21. Easy way. But EasyStart does not only start the programs, it also provides a
  22. great number of starting methods and start options.

  24. Why EasyStart ?

  26. I searched a long time for a program, that's able to start other programs in a
  27. very simple way. But all programs I found were more or less unsuitable (e.g.
  28. only one starting method, not enough parameters, no configuration program, and
  29. so on).
  30. So I decided to write my own program, that should fit all my needs and in
  31. addition it should have a lot of other functions. What has become out of this,
  32. you can now look at and test it.

  35. General Data:

  37. The author of this program is not responsible for any damages caused by the
  38. usage of this program.

  40. This version of EasyStart is only a demo version, it has the same functions as
  41. the full version. In difference to the full version, this version can be freely
  42. distributed as long as all belonging parts are copied, this also includes both
  43. documentations (English and German).
  44. All commercial use of the program without written permission of the author
  45. is forbidden.

  47. The difference between the full and the demo version is, that the demo version
  48. opens a information window after each program start, at the begin and at the
  49. end. This window stays each time it appears 3 seconds longer than before.
  50. You can use the demo version in the same way as described in the documentation,
  51. and if you decided to use EasyStart regularly, you should become a registered
  52. user to get the full version. (Because the window get really on your nerves, if
  53. you use EasyStart often.)
  54. Besides this as registered user you are automatically informed of new version
  55. and can get it for a little fee (disk + postage) directly from the author.

  58. EasyStart is a shareware program, that means if you decide to become a
  59. registered user, please send 20 DM, $15 US or the equivalent in any other
  60. currency (only bills or cheques) to the address below. If you use cheques from
  61. outside Germany, please add another 3 DM or $3 US for the bank fees.
  62. If you live outside Europe please also add another 5 DM or $5 US for the higher
  63. postage, but therefore all mailing is done by air mail.
